Wayne Kreikemeier joined West Gate Bank in 2015. A graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, he brings nearly 25 years of mortgage lending experience to his role at West Gate Bank.

Wayne began his career in consumer finance, transitioning to mortgage lending in 2002.

Wayne is a member of the Realtor's Association of Lincoln, a board member for the Nebraska Mortgage Association, a member of the Home Builders Association, and a board member for the Lincoln East Booster Board. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, as well as playing golf.

Amy Dang joined West Gate Bank in 2023. She is a graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln and brings more than 20 years of banking experience to her role at West Gate Bank. Amy is also bilingual with fluency in Vietnamese.

Matt Melichar joined West Gate Bank in 2019. A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, he graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining West Gate Bank, Matt was a real estate agent with HOME Real Estate and worked at IBM (formerly Kenexa).

Kiann Ridgeway joined West Gate Bank in 2018. A native of Gering, Nebraska, she brings nearly 38 years of real estate and lending experience to her role at West Gate Bank.

Matt Swanson joined West Gate Bank in 2019. A native of Scribner, Nebraska, he graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Matt began his career in banking as a credit analyst and transitioned into mortgage lending in 2014.

Steve Kucirek joined West Gate Bank in 2017, and has served as a Mortgage Loan Officer since 2018. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Steve served in the US Navy from 2007-2017, operating nuclear reactors on aircraft carriers. During his naval career, he completed the maiden deployment onboard USS George HW Bush, traveled to five different countries across Europe and received a commission as an officer with the US Navy Supply Corp.

Steve graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations and a MBA in Finance in 2019. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing golf, and spending time with his two German Shepherds.

Tyler Peterson joined West Gate Bank in 2018. A native of Elkhorn, Nebraska and a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Kearney, Tyler brings more than 20 years of mortgage and finance experience to his role at West Gate Bank.

Tyler has been a volunteer coach in youth basketball and softball teams. He's a member of various networking groups, and participates in community initiatives on behalf of West Gate Bank.

Guthrie Steen joined West Gate Bank in 2022. Originally from Elk Horn, Iowa, Guthrie graduated from Wayne State College with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. He brings more than 20 years of experience in lending to his role with West Gate Bank.

Guthrie volunteers with several community organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, TeamMates Mentoring Program and Ronald McDonald House.
