Lost or Stolen Card?

If your West Gate Bank® ATM or Debit Card is lost, stolen, or has been misplaced, please take action as soon as possible to secure your funds.

To shut off your card permanently:

  • In your Digital Banking, report your card as lost or stolen through the "Card Management" page.
  • Send us a message through Digital Banking, or call 402.434.3456, Monday-Friday 7:00am-7:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm.

To shut off your card temporarily:

  • In your Digital Banking, toggle your card "off" to stop any new purchases.
  • Send us a message through Digital Banking, or call 402.434.3456, Monday-Friday 7:00am-7:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm.




If you are not able to use Digital Banking to complete your request, please call 402.853.7232 after regular business hours for assistance.
 
To submit a charge dispute online, visit the Online Dispute portal and provide the requested information.
