John Arrigo started at West Gate Bank in March, 1996 as a commercial lender following six years of middle market business lending at a Nebraska regional bank. John is well-versed on all varieties of commercial real estate lending, middle market business banking, small business banking, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax Increment Financing, and residential construction lending. His primary role at West Gate Bank is the Chief Lending Officer of commercial lending, and serves on the Board of Directors.

John has been involved in many community organizations including Vice Chair of the YMCA of Lincoln, board member of Pius X High School and has served in many loan-church relation roles. In addition to his Finance Degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, he is a graduate of the Colorado Schools of Banking.

Dustin Bauer joined West Gate Bank in 2010 as a Commercial Lender and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2019. He works primarily with Commercial Real Estate loan transactions and business development activities for the bank.

Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, exercising, and playing golf in his free time.

Kirby Reardon joined West Gate Bank in 2011 as a Teller. A native of Columbus, Nebraska, Reardon graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance. Kirby is an outstanding lender that excels in our core lending niches, while providing expertise and leadership in our specialty loan offerings. He maintains many strong community and customer relationships and embodies West Gate Bank’s Code of Excellence.

He currently serves on the Lincoln/Lancaster Habitat for Humanity board of directors and participates in various community and volunteer activities. He also serves as the bank’s CRA Officer.

Kyle Wooster began his career at West Gate Bank in 2004 as a Commercial Loan Analyst intern. He was promoted to Commercial Loan Officer in 2008; served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending & Investment Officer. In 2020, Kyle was promoted to Senior Credit Officer. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Concordia University in Seward and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Kyle is a graduate of the Nebraska Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking in 2009, Nebraska Bankers Association Leadership Program in 2012, and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado.

Taylor Price began working for West Gate Bank in May, 2013 as a Credit Analyst Intern in the Commercial Loan Department. He has been promoted multiple times within the department and currently serves as Vice President, Commercial Lending. A native of Lincoln, Nebraska, Taylor graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Finance. His focus is on commercial real estate lending and residential investment property financing.

Taylor serves on the Board of Directors for CenterPointe and volunteers with Make-A-Wish Nebraska.

Jennifer Dougherty joined West Gate Bank in June, 2016. She works primarily with Commercial Real Estate and Business loan transactions. Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Lincoln. In addition, she is involved in Junior League of Lincoln and various community and volunteer activities.

Jon Dittenber joined West Gate Bank as Vice President, Commercial Loans in September, 2010. He was named Senior Vice President in December, 2017. Jon graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Finance degree and has over 28 years of banking experience. He completed the Nebraska Bankers Association Leadership Program in 2016. Jon served as Past-President of the Board of Directors for JDRF Lincoln and Greater Nebraska Chapter and the house corporation for Sigma Chi Fraternity.

Chad Tettenborn joined West Gate Bank in August 2020. Originally from Omaha, Chad received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University and his MBA from Creighton University. He serves on the Finance Committee for Kids Can Community Center and is a past board member and treasurer; serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Nebraska Enterprise Fund; and is active in St Margaret Mary’s Church.

Shane Reardon joined West Gate Bank in January, 2019 and currently serves as Vice President, Commercial Lending in Omaha. A native of Columbus, Nebraska, Shane graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Financial Markets and Commercial Banking. He specializes in commercial and industrial lending, owner-occupied commercial real estate, and residential investment property financing. Shane covers the Omaha metro and actively participates in the West O and Bennington Chambers of Commerce.

Shane and his wife, Satarah, live in the Bennington area with their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on the Huskers, working out, golfing and shooting hoops.
