Mitch Glause joined West Gate Bank in 2019. A native of Worms, Nebraska, he graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness. As a Business Banking Solutions Officer, Mitch customizes products to enhance business banking portfolios and creates additional benefits for businesses, as well as develops and maintains account relationships.

With nearly two decades in the banking industry, Brandi's passion for building valuable connections with the businesses she serves is a top priority. Her main focus is aiding businesses of all sizes in streamlining their financial operations. She has been with West Gate Bank® since 2018. In her free time she is enjoys traveling with her family and cheering on her children at their activities. She is also passionately involved and active in supporting Completely KIDS and Chariots 4 Hope and their missions here in Omaha.

Megan Froehlich joined the Business Banking Solutions team in 2022, bringing over 15 years of banking experience to her role.

Originally from Northeast Nebraska, she graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, specializing in corporate, community, and public relations. With her extensive industry knowledge, Megan is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals by building strong relationships and delivering effective solutions that support sound money management. Her proactive approach and commitment to client success have made her a trusted resource for many.

Megan is passionate about giving back and actively supports various non-profits in the greater Omaha metro. She volunteers for several local organizations, making a positive impact in her community. In her free time, she enjoys being with family and friends, staying busy with her children, and cherishing quality time together.
