About the Community
West Gate Bank Center on Nebraska Parkway and Old Cheney Road opened in 2004. This location serves as the main branch for West Gate Bank in Lincoln. The location houses our Business Banking Solutions, Commercial Lending, Mortgage Lending and Solution Center teams in Lincoln, as well as our internal administration departments--Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, IT/IS, Marketing and Operations. Also at this location are our Mortgage Operations and Servicing teams.
The team at this branch hosts the bank's annual holiday toy drive to benefit the People's City Mission and Santa Saturday's. It's also the site of the annual Shred Day event in Lincoln.

"I’ve had consistently great experiences with this bank. Every time we come in, the employees are incredibly kind and welcoming. They’re always so sweet and genuinely seem like they care about helping, not just getting you in and out the door. It makes a big difference to feel like you’re actually being listened to and supported. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and it really sets this branch apart. I always leave feeling taken care of and appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend!"
