West Gate Bank® Promotes Morgan Shandera to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager

The West Gate Bank® Board of Directors has elected Morgan Shandera to the role of Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager at the 27th & Cornhusker Highway location.

A University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Marketing, she began her West Gate Bank career as a teller in 2017 and has been promoted several times over the years. In her new role as Branch Manager of the West Gate Bank branch at 2662 Cornhusker Highway, Morgan will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, providing personal service to meet their financial needs and coaching her staff to achieve customer service and sales goals.  

Morgan helps to coordinate the Bank’s annual Shred Day event and participates in bank-sponsored community activities. She recently completed the Bank’s internal Empowering Leadership Development program.
