Kay Bartek joined West Gate Bank in 2017. A native of West Point, Nebraska and a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, she brings more than 30 years of banking experience to her role at West Gate Bank.

Kay serves as a Board member for the American Red Cross Southeast Nebraska Chapter and is involved with Junior Achievement and Leadership Lincoln events.

Tanner joined West Gate Bank in 2022 as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the West Maple branch in Omaha. He brings more than 10 years of banking experience to his role, where he is

responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, providing personal service to meet their financial needs and coaching his staff to achieve customer service and sales goals.

Originally from Council Bluffs, Iowa, Tanner received his Associates of Science from Iowa Western Community College. He recently completed the Bank’s internal Empowering Leadership Development program.

Tanner has served on the Board of Directors for the Missouri Valley Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as a member on the Missouri Valley Kiwanis organization.

Britton began his West Gate Bank career as a teller in 2014 and has been promoted several times over the years. In his current role as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the West Gate Bank branch at 97^th & Q Street in Omaha, he is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, providing personal service to meet their financial needs and coaching his staff to achieve customer service and sales goals.

Originally, from Plainview, NE, Britton graduated from Plainview High School and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. A sports-enthusiast, he enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with family, friends and his dogs. Britton is a member of Centersphere and Ralston Chamber networking group and volunteers with Junior Achievement, as well as bank-sponsored community activities.

Katie began her career at West Gate Bank in December of 2007 as a Part-Time Teller. Through her West Gate Bank career, she has worked at Cornhusker, Midtown, Holdrege, West O and West Gate Bank Center serving as a Full-Time Teller, Universal and Personal Banker and Assistant Branch Manager. Katie was promoted to Vice President, Branch Manager in 2016 and has served in this capacity at Midtown and at West Gate Bank Center since 2020. In 2023, she was promoted to Senior Vice President, Lincoln Retail Market Manager.

A Lincoln native, a graduate of Lincoln High School, and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Katie enjoys spending her free time with her husband, traveling and attending any number of sporting events. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Nebraska Bankers Association, a volunteer for Junior Achievement (as well as a past board member) and participates in bank-sponsored community events.

Emily began her West Gate Bank career as a teller in 2010 and has been promoted several times over the years. In current role as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager of the West Gate Bank branch at 8400 Eagle Crest, she is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, providing personal service to meet their financial needs and coaching her staff to achieve customer service and sales goals.

A Lincoln native and Lincoln High graduate, Emily serves on the board of directors for Willard Community Center and as the Junior Achievement coordinator for the bank. She is also Vice President of the PTA at her son's elementary school and is active in her local church.

A University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Marketing, Morgan began her West Gate Bank career as a teller in 2017 and has been promoted several times over the years. In her role as Branch Manager of our Cornhusker branch, she is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, providing personal service to meet their financial needs and coaching her staff to achieve customer service and sales goals.

In addition to participating in bank-sponsored community events, Morgan helps to coordinate the Bank’s annual Shred Day event. She recently completed the Bank’s internal Empowering Leadership Development program.

Shelly joined West Gate Bank in 2018 as part of the Great Southern Bank acquisition in the Omaha and Bellevue markets. As Vice President, Branch Manager of the Bellevue branch, she brings more than 35 years of banking experience and is

responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the branch, developing and maintaining business relationships with customers, providing personal service to meet their financial needs and coaching her staff to achieve customer service and sales goals.

An Omaha native, Shelly leads a number of bank-sponsored community volunteer activities, including Brush Up, Open Door Mission and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. She is also a board member of the Bellevue Police Officers Retirement Committee and the Kiwanis of Bellevue Club where she is the incoming president. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys going to concerts and travel.

Corrine began her career at West Gate Bank in May of 1996 as a Teller at South Steet. She has been promoted several times and currently serves as Branch Manager of the Midtown and South Street branches. Throughout her tenure at West Gate Bank Corrine has been a positive role model and mentor for several employees.

She graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a degree in Criminal Justice. Corrine was a graduate of Leadership Lincoln Fellows Class 32.

Corrine has held leadership roles with LIBA, is a Board Member for Schroder Park Wellness Campus Advisory Board, and assists with the FOP Lodge 29 Auxilliary.

Kristi joined West Gate Bank in 2011 as an Assistant Branch Manager at the Midtown branch in Lincoln. In 2015, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager and oversaw multiple branches in the Lincoln market. In 2018, she was promoted again, this time being named Senior Vice President, Omaha Retail Market Manager where she leads the bank's Retail Banking team in the Omaha market. With more than 25 years of banking experience, Kristi is responsible for the development and maintenance of business relationships with customers, as well as coaching and mentoring the Omaha Branch Managers and their teams.

She is involved in various local organizations, including the Bennington Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of Omaha Executive Institute class of 2020. She also participates in bank-sponsored community activities.
