Will the cutoff times for ACH change due to the new platform?
Cutoff times for transactions may change, and we will communicate those to you before your conversion to the new Treasury platform.
Can I still upload NACHA files from my payroll system?
Yes, NACHA file uploads are still supported. The upload button may be located in a different area of the ACH dashboard in the new Treasury platform.
How soon do I need to make changes to a recurring ACH file in amounts before it is sent?
Changes will need to be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled send time.
I have dual control set for my ACH files in the current Business Online Banking system. Will that setting transfer to the new Treasury platform?
Yes, Dual Control Functionality will transfer to the new Treasury platform.
Will my ACH files transfer to the new Treasury platform?
Yes, existing ACH files will transfer over at conversion.
Will my ACH limits change?
Your current limits will transfer to the new Treasury platform, unless we notify you otherwise.
